Physical safety starts with distance and control. Keep spectators away from the operating area and use one firework at a time. Never hold fireworks while lighting them, place them inside containers, or point or throw them at another person. Adult supervision is particularly important when children are present.
What "Green Crackers" Actually Means
Fireworks can release particulate matter and gases during combustion. Emissions vary by product and conditions. A responsible website should therefore avoid claims such as "zero pollution" or "100% pollution-free" unless there is a specific, verifiable basis for the statement. Even reduced-emission products should not be presented as having no environmental impact.
India's regulatory framework recognises reduced-emission or "green" fireworks. Supreme Court directions have addressed reduced-emission fireworks and prohibited the use of barium salts in manufacture under those directions. For consumers, "green" is a technical or regulatory description, not a promise of zero emissions.
Noise, Clean-Up and Responsible Communication

For a fireworks brand, accurate environmental communication is also important. Avoid exaggerated claims. Explain what "green," "reduced emission," "sound level" or other technical terms actually mean, and direct customers to the product's own labelling and applicable official requirements.
