Delivery Information

At Olira Fireworks, we are committed to ensuring your order is processed and delivered safely and efficiently.

• Orders are processed only after the quotation is confirmed and the order is finalized with the customer.
• Multiple enquiries for the same delivery address may be consolidated into a single shipment whenever possible.
• Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will share the transport details and delivery information via phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
• Orders will be delivered through the nearest available transport/lorry service to the delivery address provided by the customer.
• While we take every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by natural calamities, transport disruptions, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
• If any ordered product is unavailable at the time of dispatch, we will contact you to suggest a suitable alternative or adjust the order value only with your approval.

Shipping Charges

Additional shipping charges may apply for remote locations or oversized consignments, if applicable. Any such charges will be communicated before order confirmation.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are requested to provide accurate contact details and a complete delivery address while placing an enquiry. Olira Fireworks is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. Any additional expenses incurred for re-dispatch or re-delivery due to incorrect information shall be borne by the customer.
